
For Fondant cakes:
Please store at room temperature, keep out of direct sunlight and away from radiators or other artificial heat sources. It is not recommended to store them in a refrigerator before consumption as this will degrade the quality of the icing upon returning to room temperature. It is also not recommended to leave the cake in a car during hot/cold days for long periods of time.
For Buttercream cakes:
Buttercream cakes should be stored in the refrigerator. Please keep out of direct sunlight. To enjoy the cake at it's best please allow it to return to room temperature before consumption.
For All cakes:
Cakes best eaten within 5 days of purchase.
Cupcakes are best eaten on the day of purchase.
Once the cake is cut, any leftovers should be wrapped in cling film to preserve and extend it's freshness.
Unfortunately not. We do not deliver, collection only.
Once your cake is ordered we will arrange a time for you to come and collect it.
Customers often come to collect their purchase directly, send a friend or even in some cases an Uber.
Once a time for collection has been arranged please do your best to arrive on time within the agreed upon time window, if there are any delays just be sure to let us know as soon as possible. We really appreciate your consideration.
Handling and Transportation.
Carry and handle the cake with care.
1) Keep the container upright at all times, stable and level to prevent decorations from falling or cupcakes from tipping over.
2) Firmly hold the box with both hands as the cake may tilt or shift while the vehicle is in motion.
3) Do not stack anything on top of the cake to avoid risk of crushing the cake or it's decorations.
4) When unable to hold the cake during transit, fix the cake firmly, place the cake box on a flat non-slip surface and be mindful of bumps in the roads.
